Environment-friendly dry-powder mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly dry-powder mortar. The mortar comprises ultrafine fly ash, hollow glass beads, dolomitic sand, cement, cellulose ether, calcium formate, polyethylene glycol and fatty sodium sulfonate. The mortar is prepared by weighing desired amounts of the above-mentioned components, then successively adding the components into a stirring tank, and carrying out continuous stirring so as to finally obtain a mixture, i.e. the mortar. According to the invention, since the hollow glass beads and the ultrafine fly ash are used to replace a part of sand, cost of the mortar is decreased; the selected cellulose ether improves water-retaining property of the mortar; the selected calcium formate saves condensation time; the selected polyethylene glycol reduces the content of air in the mortar; and the selected fatty sodium sulfonate enables the mortar to have better construction property.
