Environment-friendly graphene oxide mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses environment-friendly graphene oxide mortar, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1 part of cement, 0.4 parts of water, 3 parts of natural riversand, 0.0015-0.003 parts of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent powder and 0.0001-0.001 parts of graphene oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a graphene oxide solution; (2) preparing a mixed solution containing graphene oxide mortar; and (3) preparing environment-friendly graphene oxide mortar. The preparation method of the graphene oxide solution comprises the following steps: (I) obtaining a low-order intercalation intercalated graphite continuous material; (II) by taking the intercalated graphite continuous material as an anode and a platinum wire as a cathode, introducing direct current with the voltage of 5V into an electrolyte solution for electrolytic stripping for about 1 minute to obtain graphite oxide; and (III) cleaning up dilute sulfuric acid adsorbed on the graphite oxide through distilled water, and conducting ultrasonic dispersion treatment in water, thereby obtaining the graphene oxide solution.
