Friction-force-changeable damper
The invention relates to a friction-force-changeable damper which comprises an upper friction plate, a lower friction plate and a middle sliding plate. Multiple sets of small friction blocks are arranged at one end of the sliding plate, and each set of small friction blocks comprise the upper small friction block and the lower small friction block which are arranged on the two sides of the sliding plate. The upper friction plate and the lower friction plate are each formed by overlapping three layers, grooves are formed in the middles of the outmost layers, and balls are arranged in the grooves; the middle layers are flat plates and are arranged on the balls on the outmost layers, the uppermost layers are divided into 5 parts in the sliding direction, the friction coefficients are enlarged in sequence from the middle to the two sides, and rolling friction is achieved in the middle. The friction-force-changeable damper can be used for wind resistance and vibration resistance of structures and equipment; when the friction-force-changeable damper is used in cooperation with a TMD and a vibration isolation system, the vibration isolation and reduction effects of the system can be greatly improved, and the system is started in time under a small load to come into play; under a large load, overlarge displacement of the system is limited while the vibration reduction effect is ensured.
