Friction-force-changeable damper
The invention relates to a friction-force-changeable damper which comprises an upper friction plate, a lower friction plate and a middle sliding plate. Multiple sets of small friction blocks are arranged at one end of the sliding plate, each set of small friction blocks comprise the upper small friction block and the lower small friction block which are arranged on the two sides of the sliding plate, and friction surfaces are formed in the middle concaved parts of the friction plates. Each friction surface is divided into three parts in the width direction, a groove is formed in the middle, a roller pin row is contained in the groove to form a rolling friction surface, and sliding friction surfaces are formed on the two sides. In the sliding direction, each friction surface is divided into five parts which are symmetrically arranged from the middle to the two sides, and the five parts are a first middle rolling friction area, adjacent second friction areas and third fiction areas on the edges. The friction-force-changeable damper can be used for wind resistance and vibration resistance of structures and equipment; when the friction-force-changeable damper is used in cooperation with a TMD and a vibration isolation system, the vibration isolation and reduction effects of the system can be greatly improved, and the system is started in time under a small load to come into play; under a large load, overlarge displacement of the system is limited while the vibration reduction effect is ensured.
