The concrete paving device comprises a machine frame in sliding connection to a rail model, wherein a material bin is arranged on the machine frame; the upper part of the front end of the machine frame extends outwards to form a bracket, and a material grasping wheel is connected to the free end of the bracket in a rotating manner; a rotating roller is connected to the lower part of the front end of the machine frame in a rotating manner, and a passage allowing concrete to pass is formed between the rotating roller and the material grasping wheel; a guiding plate is fixedly connected to the inner part of the passage for the machine frame; the machine frame is also provided with an oblique transmission belt, and an inclined angle of 30 degrees is formed between the transmission belt and the horizontal direction; the front end of the guiding plate is close to the rotating roller, and the rear end of the guiding plate is higher than the lower end of the transmission belt; the high end of the transmission belt extends into the material bin; a vertical scraping plate is arranged behind the rotating roller for the machine frame. According to the concrete paving device disclosed by the invention, during the construction of concrete paving, redundant concrete enters the material bin of the machine frame, and when the entire machine frame moves, the machine frame is subjected to small resistance of the concrete, so that the paving effect is excellent.
