Concrete paving device
The invention discloses a concrete paving device which comprises a vehicle frame, walking wheels, a material box, a pressing roller and a pressing plate, the walking wheels are driven by a motor, a discharging bin is fixedly connected to the bottom of the material box, a carrying roller is rotationally connected into the discharging bin, and stirring blades are further arranged in the material box. In the process, concrete in the material box falls into the ditch, meanwhile, the pressing roller and the pressing plate flatten and tamp the concrete, and therefore automatic paving of the concrete at the bottom of the ditch is achieved, the concrete is conveyed through the carrying roller, and discharging of the concrete is uniform; and by arranging the stirring blades, concrete in the material box can be stirred, and the phenomena of precipitation and solidification of the concrete are avoided.
本发明公布了一种混凝土铺筑装置,包括车架、行走轮、料箱、压辊和压板,行走轮通过电机驱动,料箱的底部固接有下料仓,下料仓内转动连接有搬运辊,料箱内还设有搅拌叶片,本发明的有益效果是,通过行走轮的转动使得装置在沟渠内行走,在此过程中,料箱中的混凝土下落到沟渠中,与此同时,压辊和压板分别对混凝土进行平整和夯实,从而实现沟渠底部混凝土的自动化铺筑,本装置通过搬运辊进行混凝土的输送,使得混凝土的下料均匀;通过搅拌叶片的设置可以对料箱中的混凝土进行搅拌,避免混凝土出现沉淀和凝固的现象。
