Concrete paving device
The invention discloses a concrete paving device which comprises a transverse plate, and a handle is welded to the position, close to the left side, of the top of the transverse plate. When the concrete paving device is used, after a worker pours concrete into an inner cavity of a storage box, the concrete can be poured on a road surface in the device moving process; a driving motor, a second rotating rod and a spiral blade are matched with one another, concrete can be conveyed to the rear side of an inner cavity of a conveying barrel after being guided into the inner cavity of the conveying barrel in a discharging pipe, the uniformity of concrete laying is improved through arrangement of a plurality of leaking holes, a lifting plate is pushed by a hydraulic push rod to move downwards, and the concrete laying efficiency is improved. According to the concrete pouring and paving device, the raking claw is arranged on the concrete pouring and paving device, the raking claw makes contact with concrete, the raking claw paves the poured concrete in the moving process of the device, the paving uniformity is further improved, in addition, pouring and paving are installed on the same device, the construction cost can be reduced, and meanwhile the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了混凝土摊铺装置,包括横板,所述横板的顶部靠近左侧处焊接有把手,本发明在使用时,当工作人员将混凝土倒入进储料箱内腔后,可在装置移动的过程中将混凝土灌注在路面上,并通过驱动电机、第二转杆和螺旋叶片之间的相互配合可在出料管中混凝土导入进输料筒内腔后将混凝土向输料筒的内腔后侧输送,并通过若干个漏孔的设置,提高混凝土铺设的均匀性,且通过液压推杆推动升降板向下移动,并使得耙爪与混凝土接触,从而使得装置在移动的过程中耙爪对灌注后的混凝土进行摊铺,进一步提高铺设的均匀性,此外,通过将灌注与摊铺安装在同一装置上,不仅可以降低施工成本,同时有利于提高施工效率。
