The invention discloses a concrete paving device. The concrete paving device comprises a rack, a paving mechanism, a vibrating mechanism and a compacting mechanism, the paving mechanism comprises a leveling plate which is vertically and fixedly arranged in the rack and is perpendicular to the movement direction of the rack, and a plurality of pressure sensors are arranged at the bottom of the side, away from the vibrating mechanism, of the leveling plate in the length direction of the leveling plate at intervals; the two vertical lifting platforms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the outer portion of the rack, a transverse moving module is arranged between the two vertical lifting platforms, the transverse moving module is arranged in the length direction of the leveling plate and is opposite to the side, away from the vibrating mechanism, of the leveling plate, and the transverse moving module comprises a first motor, a lead screw and a nut base; a scraping plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the nut seat; and the controller is connected with the pressure sensor, the vertical lifting platform and the first motor. The concrete flattening device has the advantages of capability of automatically flattening concrete, low labor intensity, high construction efficiency and the like.
