Automatic real-time monitoring method for deformation of deep foundation pit underpinning beam column
An automatic real-time monitoring method for deformation of a deep foundation pit underpinning beam column is implemented through monitoring terminals, a monitoring data automatic collector and a computer. The monitoring terminals are arranged at the control point of an underpinning beam and the control point of an underpinned beam, and the signal output ends of the monitoring terminals are connected with the signal input end of the monitoring data automatic collector; the monitoring data automatic collector is used for collecting reinforcement stress data, underpinning beam deflection data, underpinning beam settling volume data, data about slippage between the underpinned beam and underpinning beam and underpinning beam twist data through the monitoring terminals during engineering construction; the monitoring data automatic collector is used for transmitting monitoring data to the field monitoring terminal computer through a wireless network transmitting device; the field monitoring terminal computer is used for judging whether the received data meet the design demand of a constructed project or not, if yes, construction continues, and if not, construction is stopped and the original scheme is adjusted. By means of the automatic real-time monitoring method, the functions such as full-automatic monitoring data collection and analysis and pre-warning are achieved in the whole construction process, and the monitoring real-time property and monitoring validity are ensured.
