The invention discloses a filling structure of a shallow-buried non-pressurized water-filled karst cave and a construction method of the filling structure. The filling structure comprises a fine-grained soil filling layer, a plurality of layers of coarse sand filling layers alternately arranged and block stone filling layers, wherein the fine-grained soil filling layer, the coarse sand filling layers and the block stone filling layers are arranged from top to bottom. A plurality of water passing pipelines are arranged at intervals in each layer of block stone filling layer from the second-layer block stone filling layer from bottom to top. Grouting pipes are further arranged in the block stone filling layers and the coarse sand filling layers, the grouting pipes are introduced into the plurality of layers of block stone filling layers and the coarse sand filling layers from top to bottom, a plurality of slurry outlets are formed in the walls of the grouting pipes, the upper ends of thegrouting pipes are led out of the fine-grained soil filling layer to be connected with a slurry conveying port of grouting equipment, and vertical water separation sections with a certain thickness are formed in the block stone filling layers and the coarse sand filling layers through grouting. According to the construction method of the filling structure, compared with other construction methods, the construction method is low in cost, good in treatment effect, high in construction speed, high in construction quality and free of later potential safety hazards; and the filling layers of the structure are good in strength and stability and not prone to causing road collapse.
本发明公开了一种浅埋无压充水溶洞的填充结构及其施工方法，填充结构包括由上至下的细粒土填筑层、交替设置的若干层粗砂填筑层和块石填筑层；从下至上的第二层块石填筑层起，每层块石填筑层内间隔设有若干根过水管道；块石填筑层和粗砂填筑层内还设置注浆管，注浆管从上至下引入于若干层块石填筑层和粗砂填筑层中，注浆管壁上设有多个浆液出口，注浆管的上端引出细粒土填筑层外与注浆设备的输浆口连接，通过注浆在块石填筑层和粗砂填筑层中形成具有一定厚度的竖向隔水断面。该填充结构的施工方法，相对其它施工方法成本低，处治效果好，施工速度快，施工质量高且无后期安全隐患；且该结构的充填层强度和稳定性好，不易造成道路坍塌。
