The invention discloses a karst cave filling construction method which comprises the steps that firstly, a filling area is scanned, and the position and the size of a karst cave are determined; secondly, according to the position and size of the karst cave, a plurality of grouting pipes arranged at intervals are driven along the edge of the filling area, and the lower ends of the grouting pipes communicate with the upper portion of the karst cave; double-liquid grouting is conducted in the karst cave through the grouting pipe, reactants of the injected double-liquid grouting are gradually stacked from the bottom of the karst cave to the top of the karst cave, and a circle of edge sealing curtain is formed along the edge of the filling area; and finally, after the edge sealing curtain is formed, holes are drilled in the karst cave in the filling area, and filling materials are poured into the karst cave until the filling materials fill the karst cave in the filling area. The method has the effect of reducing the use amount of the filling material during karst cave treatment.
