Method for preparing microcrystalline glass ceramic composite bricks from waste glass
The invention provides a method for preparing a microcrystalline glass ceramic composite bricks from waste glass, and relates to the field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: preparing microcrystalline glass sheets; preparing nano ceramic sheets; preparing a middle layer powder; sequentially introducing the microcrystalline glass sheet, the middle layer powder, the nano ceramic sheet, the middle layer powder and the microcrystalline glass sheet into a mould, carrying out hot-pressing lamination in a hot-pressing furnace, wherein firstly, carrying out hot pressing at 800 to 850 DEG C and 6 to 8MPa for 5 to 10min, then carrying out hot pressing at 1180 to 1200 DEG C and 15 to 18MPa for 20 to 30min, and then carrying out pressure relieving, cooling, discharging, and demoulding to obtain the composite bricks. The microcrystalline glass ceramic composite bricks disclosed by the invention are excellent in various mechanical properties, good in chemical stability,high in surface gloss, and possesses wear resistance and frost resistance.
本发明提供一种利用废旧玻璃制备微晶玻璃陶瓷复合砖的方法,涉及建筑材料领域,包括以下步骤:制备微晶玻璃片材;制备纳米陶瓷片材;制备中间层粉体;按照微晶玻璃片‑中间层粉体‑纳米陶瓷片材‑中间层粉体‑微晶玻璃片的顺序,依次放入模具中,在热压炉中进行热压压合,先于800‑850℃、6‑8MPa,热压5‑10min,再于1180‑1200℃、15‑18MPa,热压20‑30min,撤去压力降温出炉脱模即可得到所述复合砖,本发明微晶玻璃陶瓷复合砖各项力学性能优异,化学稳定性好,而且表面光泽度高,耐磨抗冻。
