Roadbed material based on red mud and solid waste and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a roadbed material based on red mud and solid waste. The roadbed material is composed of the following substances in percentage by mass: 10%-25% of solid waste, 5.8%-13.5% offly ash; 3.5%-8.5% of waste gypsum; 6%-12% of steel slag powder, 4.5%-10.5% of an alkali activator, 3.5%-5.5% of silica sol, 2.5%-6.5% of a waterproof agent, 3.5%-10.5% of fibers, 1.3%-5.6% of a waterreducing agent, 1.5%-2.6% of a modifier, 3%-6.1% of a reinforcing agent and the balance red mud. The construction method comprises the four steps of foundation pit prefabrication, material preliminary mixing, base liquid preparation and laying operation. On one hand, the raw materials are convenient to obtain and low in cost, the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste such as constructionwaste, red mud, coal ash and waste slag is greatly increased while the roadbed construction operation is met, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced while the use cost of roadbed materialsis reduced; on the other hand, the roadbed material is high in structural strength and high in impact resistance, water resistance and soaking resistance, so that the road construction quality is greatly improved, and the road service life is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及一种基于赤泥与固体废弃物的路基材料,由下列质量百分比物质构成:固体废弃物10%—25%、粉煤灰5.8%—13.5%、废石膏3.5%—8.5%、钢渣粉6%—12%、碱激发剂4.5%—10.5%、硅溶胶3.5%—5.5%、防水剂2.5%—6.5%、纤维3.5%—10.5%、减水剂1.3%—5.6%、改性剂1.5%—2.6%、补强剂3%—6.1%,余量为赤泥。其施工方法包括基坑预制,物料初步混合,制备基液及铺设作业等四个步骤。本发明一方面原料获取便捷,原料成本低廉在满足道路路基施工作业的同时,极大的提高了对建筑垃圾、赤泥、粉煤灰、废矿渣等固体废弃物综合利用率,在降低路基材料使用成本的同时,也极大的降低了施工难度;另一方本发明路基材料结构强度大、抗冲击、防水抗浸泡能力强,从而极大的提高了道路施工质量和道路使用寿命。
