During construction, the first base plates and the second base plates are arranged on the horizontal steps first, then the bonding layers are laid on the horizontal steps, and the bonding layers are scraped flatly to make the bonding layers flush with the first base plates and the second base plates; when the bonding layer is scraped flatly, scrapers can be used for directly placing on the first base plates and the second base plates, and scraping is conducted in length directions of the horizontal steps to scrape off redundant bonding layers, operation is convenient, and thus the thickness of the bonding layer of each stair is equal; and the construction quality of decorative layers is improved.
