The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon-carbon composite material plate. The method comprises the following steps: 1, dipping a woven plain cloth, a woven twill and a woven non-dimensional cloth in a phenolic resin, airing, cutting into the required size, airing, and putting into three columns according to the specification; 2, mixing graphite powder, short fibers, carbon powder and a resin according to a certain ratio; 3, sequentially stacking the three kinds of the carbon cloths in the step 1, and coating each layer with the carbon glue mud in the step 2; 4, loading the carbon cloth layers coated with the coating layer and obtained in the step 3 into a vacuum bag, and sucking out the redundant carbon glue mud; 5, putting the coated carbon cloth layers into a hot press, and carrying out hot pressing and curing; 6, carrying out carbonization treatment on the cured carbon/carbon composite material plate; 7, carrying out high-temperature treatment on the carbonized carbon/carbon composite material plate; and 8, carrying out finish machining on the carbon/carbon composite material plate subjected to high-temperature treatment to obtain the required size.
