The invention relates to a positioning installation connection structure of a handle. The positioning installation connection structure includes a handle body and a transmission square bar axially connected in the handle body in an inserted mode, a through hole is formed in the radial side part of the handle body, and a screw hole is radially formed in the transmission square bar; a connecting screw penetrates into the through hole and is connected with the screw hole in the transmission square bar in a threaded mode, a positioning device capable of limiting rotating loosing of the connectingscrew is arranged in the handle body on one side of the through hole, and the positioning device includes a mounting hole formed in the handle body; and a positioning pin, a spring and a seal cover are installed in the mounting hole in sequence, one end of the positioning pin enters the through hole from the side part to press the end of the connecting screw in an abutting-against mode, a push-pull part is fixed to the positioning pin, and one end of the push-pull part penetrates through a sliding groove formed in the handle body and protrudes out of the handle body. Through the specific design, a connection structure between the handle and the square bar is compact, stable and not prone to loosing, and the positioning installation connection structure has the advantages of convenient installation and operation and high reliability.
