Thermal insulation mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to thermal insulation mortar and a preparation method thereof.The thermal insulation mortar is composed of a component A and a component B which are independent of each other, the component A comprises cement, slag, perlite, redispersible rubber powder, cellulose ether, polypropylene fibers and auxiliaries, the component B is aerogel slurry, the component A and the component B are evenly mixed during use, and the thermal insulation mortar is obtained. The thermal insulation mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30%-70% of cement, 10%-35% of slag mixture, 10%-20% of functional filler perlite, 5%-8% of redispersible rubber powder, 0.5%-1% of cellulose ether, 0.5%-3% of polypropylene fiber, 10%-30% of aerogel slurry and 0.1%-1% of auxiliaries. According to the invention, the slag is adopted to replace part of cement as a cementing material, so that not only is the recycling of industrial wastes realized and the utilization rate of resources improved, but also the slag has relatively high potential activity, and the strength of the aerogel thermal insulation mortar after use is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种保温砂浆及其制备方法,保温砂浆是由相互独立的A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分包括:水泥、矿渣、珍珠岩、可再分散性胶粉、纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维和助剂,所述B组分为气凝胶浆料,在使用时将A组分和B组分混合均匀,得到所述保温砂浆,在所述保温砂浆中各组分的重量百分比如下:水泥30%‑70%,矿渣混合物10%‑35%,功能填料珍珠岩10%‑20%,可再分散性胶粉5%‑8%,纤维素醚0.5%‑1%,聚丙烯纤维0.5%‑3%,气凝胶浆料10%‑30%,助剂0.1%‑1%。本发明采用矿渣代替部分水泥作为胶凝材料,不仅实现了工业废弃物废物的再利用,提高了资源的利用率,而且矿渣本身具较高的潜在活性,大大提高了气凝胶保温砂浆在使用后的强度。
