Flexible duct rehabilitation construction method
The invention relates to a flexible duct rehabilitation construction method. The method includes the steps that 1) the upstream and downstream parts of a duct to be rehabilitated are blocked through air bags, and water pumping, toxic and harmful gas detection, ventilation and duct cleaning are performed on the duct after blocking is completed; 2) soil on the outer side of the duct at a deformed and collapsed part is reinforced with a large-diameter MJS grouting process; 3) constructors enter the duct to dig at a certain footage, two semicircular liner steel sheets are adopted to be spliced into a liner duct piece after every footage of digging, a grouting hole is reserved in the middle of each liner duct piece, after the last footage of digging and liner duct piece arrangement are completed, the next footage of digging and liner duct piece arrangement are performed, and after treatment of the whole deformed and collapsed area is completed, cement paste is injected into gaps outside theliner duct pieces through the reserved grouting holes in the liner duct pieces for filling to ensure that the liner duct pieces are stable; and 4) overall rehabilitation is performed on the duct withan in-situ solidification technology, and after the rehabilitated duct is detected to be qualified, the air bags for blocking are removed to restore water circulation.
本发明涉及一种柔性管道修复施工方法,其步骤为:1)对待修复的管道的上下游采用气囊封堵,封堵完成后对管道进行抽水、检测有毒有害气体、通风以及管道清洗工作;2)对变形坍塌部位的管道外侧土体采用大直径MJS注浆工艺进行加固;3)施工人员进入管道内部以一定的进尺进行掏挖,掏挖每一进尺后,采用两个半圆内衬钢片拼装成内衬管片,内衬管片中间预留注浆孔;待上一进尺掏挖、内衬管片完成后,再进行下一进尺的掏挖及内衬管片布置,待整个变形塌陷区域处理完后,通过内衬管片上预留注浆孔向内衬管片外部的空隙注水泥浆进行填充,确保内衬管片稳定;4)采用原位固化技术对管道进行整体修复,修复完成经检测合格后拆除封堵气囊,恢复通水。
