DUCT CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the period of duct construction, reduce cost including a pedestal expense, and reduce space necessary for duct construction while improving duct fire resistance, durability, and quality.SOLUTION: A precast duct material 10 in which a concrete outer peripheral wall 12 is integrally formed on the outer peripheral side of a cylindrical duct component material 11 is first formed, then the precast duct material 10 is lifted to the installation position of a duct construction place of a building, and the lifted precast duct material 10 is fixed to the building frame 2 of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ダクトの耐火性、耐久性、品質を向上しながら、ダクト施工の工期短縮、架払費を含むコストの縮減、ダクト施工に要するスペースの削減を図る。【解決手段】筒状のダクト構成材11の外周側にコンクリート外周壁12が一体形成されたプレキャストダクト材10を予め製作したのち、プレキャストダクト材10を建物のダクト構築箇所の据付位置に揚重し、揚重されたプレキャストダクト材10を建物の躯体2に固定する。【選択図】図4
