Environment-friendly glass wool and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses environment-friendly glass wool which specifically comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of cullet, 3-5 parts of soda ash, 3-5 parts of dolomite, 10-15 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 10-15 parts of calcium oxide, 1-5 parts of magnesium silicate and 30-40 parts of an adhesive. The adhesive is prepared from 30-40 parts of tetraethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 20-25 parts of epoxy acrylate diester, 2-5 parts of potassium persulfate, 50-60 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin, 0.1-0.5 parts of saccharin and 0.5-1 part of hydroquinone. Accordingto the environment-friendly glass wool disclosed by the invention, an original phenolic resin adhesive is replaced by the environment-friendly high-temperature glass wool adhesive, so that the use temperature of a glass wool product can reach 500 DEG C, the glass wool can still achieve the functions of heat insulation and combustion prevention, the product does not have peculiar smell, and no harmful component volatilizes or escapes.
