The invention provides a ceramsite filter material taking sludge as a raw material and a preparation method thereof, and the ceramsite filter material is mainly prepared from sludge, oil shale semi-coke, fly ash, ceramic micro powder and plant ash as raw materials and can be used for sewage treatment. The preparation method of the ceramsite filter material comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) granulating: mixing the raw materials, adding water, and granulating to obtain raw material balls; (3) drying: drying the raw material balls; and (4) firing: preheating the dried raw material balls in a high-temperature furnace, and firing to obtain the ceramsite filter material. The ceramsite filter material prepared by adopting the selected raw materials and the preparation method has the advantages of large void ratio, large specific surface area and good adsorption performance, can be used as a biofilm formation carrier of an industrial wastewater high-load biological filter material tank, has the effects of adsorbing harmful elements and bacteria in a water body and mineralizing water, is a filter material with a good active and biodegradation effect on harmful substances, and has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost. And a good biofilm carrier in the biofilter.
本发明提供一种以污泥为原料的陶粒滤料及其制备方法,主要以污泥、油页岩半焦、粉煤灰、陶瓷微粉和草木灰为原料,制备可用于污水处理的轻质多孔陶粒滤料。所述陶粒滤料的制备方法包括:①原料准备;②制粒,原料混合后加水制粒,制得生料球;③干燥,生料球进行干燥处理;④烧制,干燥后的生料球在高温炉进行预热后烧制,得到陶粒滤料。采用本发明选取的原料和制备方法制备的陶粒滤料具有空隙率大,比表面积大,吸附性能好,可作为工业废水高负荷生物滤料池的生物挂膜载体,它具有吸附水体中的有害元素,细菌,矿化水质的作用,是活性生物降解有害物质效果好的滤料,和生物滤池中好的生物膜载体。
