The invention discloses a core pile positioning and guiding device for a slurry wall and a positioning and guiding method thereof. Firstly, a group of lower section steel (1) is horizontally placed onground (9) at two sides of a trench (7) in a manner of being perpendicular to the trench (7) at intervals, secondly, a pair of upper section steel (2) is placed at the top of the lower section steel(1) in parallel with the trench (7) and is welded with the lower section steel (1) as a whole, and thirdly, one end of a wire rope (3) is connected with the top of a core pile (8). A hook (4) is arranged at the other end of the wire rope (3), the hook (4) is hung on a hanger rod (5), and the lower end of the core pile (8) controls positioning and guiding along a positioning mark (6) arranged on the upper section steel (2). The core pile positioning and guiding device is simple in structure, low in manufacture cost, less in material consumption, convenient to maintain later, and convenient andquick in positioning and height-marking control during usage. Core pile construction time is shortened. The core pile positioning and guiding device adopts integral design, and is small in land occupancy, convenient to move, highly practical and capable of being widely applied to construction works.
