The invention discloses a wave pile guiding and positioning device which comprises a positioning platform, a longitudinal rail and a positioning and guiding frame, the positioning platform comprises a horizontally-arranged positioning plate and adjustable supporting legs which are arranged below the positioning plate and distributed in a rectangular mode, and wave pile wall positioning holes are formed in the positioning plate in the length direction of the positioning plate; the longitudinal rail comprises a forward longitudinal rail and a reverse longitudinal rail; the positioning guide frame comprises a forward positioning guide frame and a reverse positioning guide frame, and the forward positioning guide frame is arranged on the forward longitudinal rail through a moving part on the forward positioning guide frame; and the reverse positioning guide frame is arranged on the reverse longitudinal rail through a moving piece on the reverse positioning guide frame. The perpendicularity of the wave piles can be controlled, the connection quality between the wave piles is improved, and the tidiness degree of the wave pile wall is guaranteed.
