The invention discloses a combined connecting structure for a mining excavator chassis and a mining excavator. The combined connecting structure comprises a double-bearing connecting device and a longitudinal beam upper-portion connecting device. The double-bearing connecting device is mounted at a longitudinal beam side plate. The longitudinal beam upper-portion connecting device is mounted at anupper top plate of the longitudinal beam, the upper portion of a frame connecting plate is connected with the longitudinal beam upper-portion connecting device, and the lower portion of the frame connecting plate is connected with the double-bearing connecting device. By the adoption of the combined connecting structure for the mining excavator chassis and the mining excavator, bolts can be effectively protected, the yield failure is prevented, meanwhile, the overall height of the chassis is reduced, meanwhile, the design height of a frame is not limited, and the overall rigidity of the frameis also improved.
