The invention provides a waterstone terrace with a fireproof function and a construction method of the waterstone terrace. The waterstone terrace comprises a terrace body and steel wires, and furthercomprises earthenware pipes and leads, wherein prestressed steel wires are adopted as the steel wires; the steel wires are arranged in a mesh; driving bags are fixed at the inner bottom ends of the earthenware pipes; an initiator which is prepared by adopting potassium perchlorate and magnesium powder is placed in the driving bags; one end of each lead is positioned in the initiator; thermal initiating lines, namely thermosensitive lines, are adopted as the leads; each thermosensitive line is formed by coating three different flux-cored leads with a layer of plastic; when the environmental temperature reaches the thermosensitive line start-up temperature or the thermosensitive lines encounter open fire, the ignition is triggered; and the upper sides of the driving bags are filled with drypowder. By the adoption of the waterstone terrace, static electricity can be effectively eliminated, the effective fireproof function can be achieved, and the fire extinguishing function can be achieved when necessary.
