Rock wool waste recycled cement foam board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of a rock wool waste recycled cement foam board, which comprises the following steps of: pulverizing and screening selected rock wool waste by using an airflow mist pulverizer to obtain powder, and drying the powder for later use; dissolving and stirring rock wool powder and bentonite, sequentially adding silicon dioxide silicon powder, high-grade cement and coal ash coke particles, stirring to form slurry, enabling the appearance of the slurry to be pasty, and mechanically stirring by utilizing a spiral stirring machine to obtain cement rock woolslurry; foaming a cement foaming agent into foam, adding the foam into the cement rock wool slurry, adding a cement early strength agent and polypropylene fibers, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture with a grey appearance; and pouring the obtained mixture into a mold, cooling to room temperature, carrying out pressure molding, and naturally airing a template obtained after pressure molding,thereby obtaining the product. According to the method, the rock wool waste material can be recycled, the problem that traditional chemical treatment is not environmentally friendly is solved, the density of the foamed cement is increased, the cracking property is reduced, and the use cost of the cement is reduced.
本发明涉及一种岩棉废料再生水泥发泡板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将精选后的岩棉废弃物用气流雾粉碎机打碎过筛,取得粉末,干燥备用;将岩棉粉末与膨润土相溶搅拌,再依次加入二氧化硅硅粉、高标号水泥、粉煤灰焦炭颗粒,搅拌成桨,使其外观呈浆糊状,利用螺旋式搅拌机械拌和,得水泥岩棉桨;将水泥发泡剂打泡成泡沫,加入水泥岩棉桨中,再加入水泥早强剂、丙纶纤维,搅拌均匀,得到外观呈灰色状混合料;将所得的混合料倒入模具中,冷却至室温,加压成型,再将加压成型后得到的模板自然晾干,即得;本发明能够对岩棉废弃材料进行再生使用,避免传统化学处理所存在的不环保问题,提高了发泡水泥密度,减少了开裂性,降低了水泥的使用成本。
