Amido groups on the surfaces of the modified carbon nanotubes can improve the dispersity of the carbon nanotubes and are applied in cementation cement to prepare the glycine-modified carbon nanotube well cementation cement paste composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of oil well cement, 1-2 parts of a fluid loss agent, 0.2-0.4 part of an oil well cement dispersing agent, 0.01-0.1 part of glycine-modified carbonnanotubes, 0.05-0.2 part of a defoaming agent and 44 parts of clear water. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a preparation method of the glycine-modified carbon nanotube well cementation cement paste. According to the glycine-modified carbon nanotube well cementation cement paste provided by the invention, the mechanical property of the cement paste is enhanced, and meanwhile, the influence of adispersing agent on the performance of the carbon nanotube well cementation cement paste is eliminated.
