Surface mine road construction method
The invention provides an open pit mine road construction method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: base layer penetration and explosion excavation, upper part excavation and lower part compaction and leveling to form a water seepage layer; a cushion layer is laid on the water seepage layer, and sufficient rolling compaction is conducted; mixing cement, stone powder and thefinished aggregate according to a ratio of 1: 6: 13, and fully stirring to form a water-stable material; paving the dry basis material on the surface of the cushion layer, flattening and compacting toform a water stable layer, supplementing water in a sprinkling manner, and repeatedly rolling and flattening the water stable layer. According to the three-layer mine road construction method adopting the water seepage layer, the cushion layer and the water stabilizing layer, the characteristics of high strength, good plate body property and high flatness of the water stabilizing layer are utilized, the strength and the hardness of the mine road are ensured, and meanwhile, flying dust treatment of the road is facilitated.
本发明提供一种露天矿山道路修建方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:基层穿爆开挖,上部开挖,下部进行压实整平,形成渗水层;在渗水层上铺设垫层,并进行充分碾压;将水泥、石粉、成品骨料按照比例1:6:13进行混合,充分搅拌后形成水稳材料;将干基物料摊铺至垫层的层面上,平整压实,形成水稳层,通过洒水的方式进行补水,并反复对水稳层进行碾压、平整。本发明采用渗水层、垫层、水稳层的三层矿山道路修建方法,利用水稳层强度高、板体性好、平整度高的特点,保证了矿山道路强度和硬度的同时方便了道路的扬尘治理。
