Reducing screw pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a reducing screw pile and a construction method thereof. The reducing screw pile comprises a lower pile body and an upper pile body, wherein the lower pile body is a threaded section pile body, the threaded section pile body comprises first threaded structures and second threaded structures, and the outer diameter of each second threaded structure is larger than that of each first threaded structure. The construction method comprises the steps of 1, determining the length of the lower pile body; 2, determining the number of second thread structures; 3, enabling a pile machine drill rod to be in place; 4, drilling; 5, constructing a first pile section; 6, constructing a second pile section; 7, constructing a third pile section; 8, constructing a fourth pile section;and 9, constructing a straight rod section pile body. According to the reducing screw pile and the construction method thereof, the design is novel and reasonable, and the bearing capacity of pile bodies are improved through arranging the second thread structures in some soil layers capable of well exerting the thread bearing capacity; and meanwhile the construction steps are simple, the drillingprocess and the concrete pouring process are synchronously carried out, the unearthing amount is small or unearthing is not needed in the drilling process, and therefore application and popularizationare convenient.
本发明公开了一种变径螺钉桩及其施工方法,该一种变径螺钉桩包括下部桩身和上部桩身,下部桩身为螺纹段桩身,螺纹段桩身包括第一螺纹结构和第二螺纹结构,第二螺纹结构的外径大于第一螺纹结构的外径;该施工方法包括步骤:一、确定下部桩身的长度;二、确定第二螺纹结构的个数;三、桩机钻杆就位;四、钻孔;五、第一桩段的施工;六、第二桩段的施工;七、第三桩段的施工;八、第四桩段的施工;九、直杆段桩身的施工。本发明设计新颖合理,通过在一些能良好发挥螺纹承载力的土层中设置第二螺纹结构以提高桩身的承载力,同时,施工步骤简单,钻孔过程与混凝土灌注过程同步进行,并且钻孔过程中出土量少或无需出土,便于推广使用。
