The invention discloses a prestress movable sunlight room and a prestress module unit thereof. The prestress module unit comprises main frameworks arranged side by side at intervals, longitudinal profiles stretching in the side-by-side directions of the main frameworks, strip-shaped first prestress elastic parts and first elastic locking parts arranged at the positions of one outermost sections ortwo outermost sections in connecting profiles. The main frameworks comprise the multiple sections of connecting profiles connected together in series, and the longitudinal profiles are connected between the connecting profiles of the different main frameworks. The first prestress elastic parts are arranged in all the connecting profiles in a penetrating manner, and the two ends of the first prestress elastic parts are connected with the corresponding first elastic locking parts in an assembled manner correspondingly. Or one ends of the first prestress elastic parts are connected with the first elastic locking parts in an assembled manner, and the other ends of the first prestress elastic parts are connected with the outermost sections in the connecting profiles in an assembled manner. According to the prestress module unit, the rigidity and the anti-load capacity of the structure can be greatly improved, the structural stability is improved through prestress, and the large-span designis achieved.
