The invention discloses a green process for preparing a gypsum whisker reinforced cement-based material from titanium gypsum. The green process comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment of titanium gypsum to prepare powder; 2) decolorization treatment process; 3) whisker preparation process; and 4) preparation of the reinforced cement-based material. The method has the advantages that 1, thegreen and clean production process design for preparing the gypsum whiskers from the titanium gypsum is adopted, so that a sustainable development industrial chain with environmental friendliness, andlow cost and high additional value is realized; and 2, the gypsum whisker reinforced cement-based material is prepared from titanium gypsum, so that the requirement of engineering on the high-performance green quality of the cement-based material is satisfied.
