The invention discloses a process for preparing cement from titanium gypsum, the titanium gypsum cement comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 82% of clinker, 6% of titanium gypsum, 6% of limestone and 6% of water granulated slag; the preparation process of the titanium gypsum cement comprises the following steps: preparing a raw material: mixing the clay, the iron powder, the limestone and the coal, adding water, and mixing to prepare the raw material; mixing the raw materials: adding bauxite into the raw materials, and stirring and mixing; calcining to prepare clinker: pelletizing the raw material, and calcining at a high temperature of 1000 DEG C to prepare the clinker; mixing the clinker: mixing the clinker with titanium gypsum, limestone and water granulated slag; and stirring: stirring the mixed clinker, standing, and crushing. The titanium gypsum is used for replacing natural gypsum, the use amount of the natural gypsum can be effectively reduced, damage to the environment by exploiting the natural gypsum is reduced, meanwhile, the titanium gypsum cement is higher in strength after being coagulated, and the actual use requirement can be met.
