Curved surface shock absorption and noise reduction telescopic device for highway bridge
The invention discloses a curved surface shock absorption and noise reduction telescopic device for a highway bridge. The device comprises beam bodies on the two sides, and a preformed groove is formed between the beam bodies on the two sides. Curved surface noise reduction plates which are located on the two sides and coupled are arranged in the preformed groove, and a noise reduction and telescopic gap is reserved between the corresponding curved surface noise reduction plates on the two sides. Special-shaped steel grooves corresponding to the curved surface noise reduction gaps in positionare correspondingly formed in the inner sides of the lower portions of the noise reduction plates on the two sides, and corresponding push-pull body mounting grooves are formed in the lower ends of the special-shaped steel sections on the two sides. The device is provided with a unique curve design. The automobile tire contact width and the wheel track are studied, the curved surface wavelength isdetermined through tests, tires are prevented from impacting seams of the telescopic device at the same time, and an optimal vibration reduction effect is achieved. The tires make contact in an asymptotic mode when passing through the seams, supporting points always exist between the tires and the road surface, transition is smooth, the stress area is increased, impact kinetic energy of the vehicle tires is effectively absorbed, and through tests, noise can be reduced by 7 decibels or above.
本发明公开了一种用于公路桥梁的曲面减震降噪伸缩装置。包括两侧梁体;两侧梁体之间设置有预留槽;在预留槽内设置有两侧耦合的曲面降噪板,两侧对应的曲面降噪板之间留有降噪及伸缩间隙,并且两侧降噪板下部内侧相应安装有与曲面降噪缝隙位置对应的异型钢槽,并且两侧的异形型钢的下端设置有对应的推拉体安装槽。本装置设置有独特曲线形设计,通过研究汽车轮胎接触宽度及轮距,经过试验确定曲面波长,避免轮胎同时撞击伸缩装置缝口,达到最佳减振效果,轮胎通过缝口时是以渐近方式接触,轮胎与路面始终存在支撑点,过渡平顺,增大受力面积,有效吸收车辆轮胎的冲击动能,经测试可降低噪音7分贝以上。
