The invention provides a benzene ring-containing amide block polymer modified polycarboxylate water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The polycarboxylate water reducer mother liquor is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 350-362 parts of a polyether macro-monomer, 20-32 parts of acrylic acid, 3-8 parts of an amide monomer, 3-10 parts of a benzene ring monomer, 3-4.5 parts of an initiator, 1.2-1.8 parts of a chain transfer agent and the balance being water, the total mass is 1000 parts, and the solid content is 40%. The polymerization process comprises the following steps: step 1, initiating copolymerization of a benzene ring monomer and an amide monomer at 25-35 DEG C to obtain a hydrophilic block polymer I; step 2, copolymerizing a polyether macro-monomer andacrylic acid at the room temperature to obtain a block polymer II; and step 3, dropwise adding a mixed solution of the block polymer I, acrylic acid and a chain transfer agent and an initiator into the block polymer II at the same time within 2-3 hours at the temperature of 30-50 DEG C, and cooling to the room temperature to obtain the benzene ring amide block polymer modified polycarboxylate water reducer mother liquor. Compared with a common water reducer, the polycarboxylate water reducer is better in adsorption and dispersion effects, stronger in slump loss resistance and better in earlystrength effect.
本发明提供一种含苯环酰胺嵌段聚合物改性聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,所述聚羧酸减水剂母液由以下材料制备而成:聚醚大单体350‑362份、丙烯酸20‑32份、酰胺类单体3‑8份,苯环类单体3‑10份、引发剂3‑4.5份、链转移剂1.2‑1.8份、其余为水,总质量为1000份,固含量为40%。聚合过程步骤一:以苯环类单体、酰胺类单体在25‑35℃温度下引发共聚得亲水性嵌段聚合物Ⅰ;步骤二:以聚醚大单体、丙烯酸在常温条件下共聚制得嵌段聚合物Ⅱ;步骤三:向嵌段聚合物Ⅱ中同时滴加嵌段聚合物Ⅰ、丙烯酸、链转移剂的混合液和引发剂,在30‑50℃温度下滴加时间为2‑3h,冷却至室温后即得苯环酰胺嵌段聚合物改性的聚羧酸减水剂母液。本发明制备的聚羧酸减水剂相对普通减水剂吸附分散效果较佳,保坍能力更强且有早强效果。
