The invention provides a prefabricated building structure. The prefabricated building structure comprises a pile body and a pile hoop. The pile body comprises a hollow portion, a solid portion and a first cage body. The hollow portion is connected to the solid portion. A core groove is formed inside the hollow portion. The first cage body is arranged in the solid portion and the hollow portion. The pile hoop is arranged on the peripheral wall of the end of the pile body. The pile hoop comprises at least one first hoop segment which is concave in the axis of the pile body, and at least one second hoop segment which protrudes outwards relative to the first hoop segment, wherein the first hoop segment and the second hoop segment are arranged in a spaced manner. According to the prefabricatedbuilding structure, the end of the pile body is wrapped up by the pile hoop, vibration can be more sufficient during concrete filling, the breakage rate of the pile body is lower, and the obtained prefabricated building structure is high in strength and good in quality.
本发明提供一种预制建筑结构,包括桩体及桩套箍,桩体包括空心部、实心部以及第一笼体,空心部连接于实心部,空心部的内部开设有芯槽,第一笼体设置于实心部以及空心部内;桩套箍设置在桩体端部的外周壁上,桩套箍包括至少一个向桩体轴心方向凹陷的第一箍节,以及至少一个相对于第一箍节外凸的第二箍节,第一箍节与第二箍节间隔设置。本发明提供的桩套箍包裹住了桩体的端部,在填充混凝土时能够使得振捣更加充分,桩体的破损率更低,制得的预制建筑结构强度高、质量好。
