Discharging mechanism, joint filling device and joint filling robot
The invention relates to a discharging mechanism, a joint filling device and a joint filling robot. The discharging mechanism comprises a discharging pipe, a guide sliding sleeve, a flexible pipe andelastic elements, wherein the discharging pipe is provided with a discharging channel used for containing media; the guide sliding sleeve is movably sheathed to the discharging pipe; the flexible pipecommunicates with the discharging pipe; one end of the flexible pipe is connected with the guide sliding sleeve; the elastic elements are sheathed out of the discharging pipe; and in addition, two ends of each elastic element are independently connected with the discharging pipe and the guide sliding sleeve. The flexible pipe of the above discharging mechanism does not scratch the surfaces of wall tiles and ground tiles, meanwhile, the flexible pipe can apply an extrusion function to the media (such as a joint mixture), the media can be pressed into the gaps of the wall tiles and the ground tiles, and the flexible pipe can effectively flatten the media so as to perform a cleaning function. During an operation, the elastic elements are under a compression state, a phenomenon that a wall surface or a ground surface is uneven can be effectively compensated, the flexible pipe guarantees to be laminated with a working wall surface or the ground surface all the time during an operation, andthe quality of a joint filling operation is improved.
本发明涉及一种出料机构、填缝装置及填缝机器人。出料机构包括出料管、导滑套、软性管以及弹性件。出料管设有用于容纳介质的出料通道。导滑套可活动地套设在出料管上。软性管与出料管连通,并且软性管的一端与导滑套连接。弹性件套设在出料管外,并且弹性件的两端分别连接出料管以及导滑套。上述出料机构的软性管不会刮花墙砖、地砖表面,同时软性管能对介质(如填缝剂)施加挤压作用,能将介质压入墙砖、地砖的缝隙中,同时软性管对介质进行有效的压平,起到清洁作用。在作业时,弹性件处于压缩状态,能有效地补偿墙面或地面表面不平现象,保证软性管在作业时始终与工作墙面或地面贴合,提高了填缝作业的质量。
