Modified carbon nanotube-silane coupling agent-geopolymer-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a modified carbon nanotube-silane coupling agent-geopolymer-based composite material. The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a silicon-aluminum material, 60 to 80 parts of an exciting agent, 0.1 to 0.9 part of a modified carbon nanotube, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a silane coupling agent hydrolysate, 0.03 to 0.27 part of a dispersing agent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. According to the present invention, the high silicon-aluminum material and the exciting agent are adopted as the main raw materials, the carbon nanotubes and the silane coupling agent are adopted as the modification materials, and the dispersant and the water reducing agent are adopted as the additives, such that the effective compounding of the inorganic material and the organic material is achieved, the composite material has characteristics of high strength and good toughness, and the problems of high brittleness and easy water loss cracking during curing of the traditional geopolymer are effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种改性碳纳米管‑硅烷偶联剂‑地聚合物基复合材料,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:100份硅铝质材料,60‑80份激发剂,0.1‑0.9份改性碳纳米管,0.1‑0.5份硅烷偶联剂水解液,0.03‑0.27份分散剂,0.1‑0.5份聚羧酸减水剂。本发明以高硅铝质材料、激发剂为主要原料,碳纳米管和硅烷偶联剂作为改性材料,分散剂、减水剂为外加剂,实现无机材料与有机材料的有效复合,该复合材料强度高、韧性好,有效解决了传统地聚合物存在的脆性大、固化时易失水开裂的问题。
