The invention provides a concrete prefabricated hollow column. The concrete prefabricated hollow column comprises: a cylindrical shell, which comprises an inner surface and an outer surface which areopposite; a cavity defined by the cylindrical shell; a mesh, which is embedded in the cylindrical shell; and a limiting piece, which is embedded in the cylindrical shell. The invention further provides a production method of the concrete prefabricated hollow column. According to the invention, the hollow column production efficiency is obviously improved, and the post-poured concrete and the hollow column have good interface cohesiveness.
