The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete steel plate net hollow column with light weight and excellent integrity and anti-seismic property and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated concrete steel plate net hollow column comprises a hollow steel net inner mold, a reinforcement cage connected to the peripheral side of the steel net inner mold and a concrete prefabricated area formed in the reinforcement cage area in a pouring mode. A hollow cast-in-place area is formed in the concrete prefabricating area, the steel mesh inner mold is located on the side wall of the cast-in-place area, and concrete in the pouring process of the concrete prefabricating area forms a rough surface on the side wall of the cast-in-place area through the steel mesh inner mold. An inner and outer mold manufacturing process is adopted, the steel mesh inner mold serves as a hollow inner mold plate, mold removal is not needed, the steel mesh inner mold is a disposable consumed mold plate and can be converted into stirrups for use, and the metal steel mesh adopts inner mold framework steel bars and spiral stirrups as a fixing framework to guarantee the shape of the inner mold plate, so that a cavity does not deform in the concrete pouring and tamping process; in the concrete pouring and tamping forming process, concrete can be extruded out of meshes of the steel screen, and the concrete on the inner surface of the cavity is rough and uneven.
