The invention belongs to the technical field of assembled buildings, and in particular, designs a precast concrete hollow wall structure and a construction process. The precast concrete hollow wall structure comprises a wallboard I, a wallboard II, cavity limiting sleeves, and connection fixing devices, wherein the wallboard I and the wallboard II are arranged in parallel, and are correspondinglyprovided with multiple positioning holes; the cavity limiting sleeves are arranged between the corresponding positioning holes; and the connection fixing devices penetrate through the corresponding positioning holes on the wallboard I and the wallboard II and the cavity limiting sleeves to connect the wallboard I and the wallboard II as a whole. Wallboard thickness control rings are arranged in the positioning holes of the wallboard I and the wallboard II; and the wallboard I and the wallboard II are respectively cast with the wallboard thickness control rings inside as a whole. The wallboardson two sides are produced in parallel, so that the process is simple, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; the secondary maintenance problem is not needed, so that the energy consumption is reduced; and unnecessary distribution of ribs in a cavity is reduced, so that the production cost of products is reduced.
本发明属于装配式建筑技术领域,特别设计一种预制混凝土空心墙体结构及施工工艺。预制混凝土空心墙体结构包括墙板Ⅰ、墙板Ⅱ、空腔限位套管及连接固定装置,其中墙板Ⅰ和墙板Ⅱ平行设置,墙板Ⅰ和墙板Ⅱ上相对应地均设有多个定位孔,并且相对应的定位孔之间设有空腔限位套管;连接固定装置穿过墙板Ⅰ和墙板Ⅱ上相对应的定位孔及空腔限位套管,将墙板Ⅰ和墙板Ⅱ连接为一体。墙板Ⅰ和墙板Ⅱ的定位孔内设有墙板厚度控制环,墙板Ⅰ和墙板Ⅱ分别与其内的墙板厚度控制环浇注为一体。本发明的两侧墙板平行生产,工艺简单,工效大幅度提升;无需二次养护问题,降低了能耗;减少了不必要空腔内配筋,降低产品造价。
