The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, in particular to a light geopolymer material containing carbon nanotube modified hollow microspheres and a preparation method of the light geopolymer material. The light geopolymer material is prepared from granular blast furnace slag, silica fume, carbon nanotube modified fly ash hollow microspheres, water, water glass, sodium hydroxide and foam. Wherein a silane coupling agent is utilized to bridge the carbon nano tube to the surface of a fly ash hollow microsphere shell to form a composite structure of the carbon nano tube modified fly ash hollow microsphere; aiming at the problem that the foam is easy to damage in the preparation process, the stirring blades adopted by the invention have the function of turning over up and down, the slurry stirring process is improved, the slurry generates upward soft torque force due to the structure of the blades, and the process of stirring while stirring is more beneficial to mixing of the foam and the slurry; the stability of the foam in the system is improved.
