Prefabricated type energy-consumption shear wall system and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated type energy-consumption shear wall system and a construction method. The prefabricated type energy-consumption shear wall system comprises a first rebar meshedplate, a second rebar meshed plate, first rebar members and second rebar members. The first rebar meshed plate is arranged opposite to the second rebar meshed plate and the first rebar members and the second rebar members are arranged at intervals between the first rebar meshed plate and the second rebar meshed plate. First concrete is cast into the inside of the first rebar members and into parts of the first rebar meshed plate and the second rebar meshed plate on both sides of the second rebar members; second concrete is cast into the inside of the second rebar members; and the strength ofthe second concrete is higher than that of the first concrete. In case of a minor quake or wind load, a wall body has a sufficient bearing capacity and lateral stiffness and is in an overall wall form. In case of severe quakes, narrow walls are automatically separated to form independently stressed wall bodies, so structural stiffness is lowered, seismic force is decreased and ductility of the wall bodies is increased.
