The invention provides a method for preparing a cement-based material carbonized internal curing agent by surface hydrophobic modification, which comprises the following steps: by using a molecular sieve as a raw material, carrying out surface hydrophobic modification or surface coating release control treatment to endow the molecular sieve with hydrophobic properties, and carrying out CO2 adsorption to obtain the cement-based material carbonization internal curing agent. The carbonization internal curing agent overcomes the technical defects of low carbonization reaction degree, low materialwater cement ratio, poor working performance, incapability of field application due to limitation of high-pressure curing equipment and the like in the existing cement-based material carbonization curing process. The molecular sieve subjected to release control treatment is used as a CO2 carrier, so that more CO2 can be introduced into the cement-based material, and the release behavior of the cement-based material can be controlled; in addition, by using the carbonization internal curing agent, under the condition that the water-cement ratio of the cement-based material is not reduced, the limitation of curing equipment can be broken through, and the field application of carbonization curing in the cement-based material is realized.
本发明提供了一种表面疏水改性制备水泥基材料碳化内养护剂的方法,所述水泥基材料碳化内养护剂以分子筛为原料,进行表面疏水改性或表面包覆释控处理后,使分子筛具备疏水特性,然后对其进行CO2吸附,即制得所述水泥基材料碳化内养护剂。该碳化内养护剂解决了现有水泥基材料碳化养护过程中碳化反应程度低、材料水灰比低工作性能差及受高压养护设备限制无法现场应用等技术缺点。本发明以释控处理后的分子筛为CO2载体,不仅能将CO2更多的引入水泥基材料内部还可控制其释放行为。使用该碳化内养护剂,在不降低水泥基材料水灰比的条件下,可突破养护设备限制实现碳化养护在水泥基材料的现场应用。
