The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a constructional engineering infilled wall gap filling device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a fixing shell and connecting plates, one end of the fixing shell is fixedly connected with the connecting plates, the inner sides of the connecting plates are fixedly connected with telescopic rods, the other ends of the telescopic rods are fixedly connected with clamping heads, the out sides of the telescopic rods are provided with first springs, and one ends of the clamping heads on the right sides are clamped with a cleaning device. According to the device, through the arrangement of a compacting plate, a third spring and the like, after raw material is fed into a gap in an infilled wall through a feeding device, the compacting plate is driven by the third spring to compact the raw material in the gap, and even smearing is carried out, so that manual independent smearing and compacting are not needed, and the working efficiency is improved; and through the arrangement of a storage hopper and a second conveying screw rod, the raw material in the storage hopper can be conveyed toa second discharging pipe through mutual cooperation between a first conveying screw rod and the second conveying screw rod, and manual raw material smearing is not needed.
