Environment-friendly cementing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention particularly relates to an environment-friendly cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The environment-friendly cementing material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of tuff or tuff lava, 5-15% of quicklime, 15-30% of fly ash, 0-2% of sodium hydroxide, 0-2% of desulfurized gypsum. The main components of the tuff or the tuff lava are SiO2, Al2O3 and CaO, the mass fraction of SiO2 and Al2O3 is not less than 75%, the main component of the quick lime is CaO, and the mass fraction of CaO in the quick lime is not less than 80%. The innovative selection is widely distributed in China; volcanic tuff (tuff lava) with low price is used as a main raw material of the modified garbage soil; and a set of complete technical system integrating configuration, modification, part manufacturing and testing is formed, the difference of different projects for the strength requirements of the garbage soil, the difference of garbage soil components in all regions and the difference of natural modified materials can be comprehensively considered, and the most appropriate modification scheme and the corresponding modified garbage soil mechanical parameter values are given.
