Tuff-based inorganic environment-friendly cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a tuff-based inorganic environment-friendly cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The tuff-based inorganic environment-friendly cementing material comprises thefollowing components in percentages by mass: 46-61% of tuff, 5-12% of steel slag, 5-10% of fly ash, 8-12% of water glass, 2-5% of sodium hydroxide and 5-15% of water. The preparation method of the tuff-based inorganic environment-friendly cementing material comprises the following steps: weighing the water glass, the sodium hydroxide and the water according to a mixing ratio, and uniformly mixingthe water glass, the sodium hydroxide and the water to obtain an alkali activator; and stirring the ground tuff, steel slag and fly ash in a stirrer according to a mixing ratio, adding the alkali activator prepared in the step 1, and carrying out uniform stirring to obtain the inorganic environment-friendly cementing material. According to the tuff-based inorganic environment-friendly cementing material and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention, the modification cost can be obviously reduced, and the problem of resource utilization of wastes such as the steel slag and the fly ash is solved. Moreover, the preparation process is simple, the energy consumption is low, and the application potential is excellent.
本发明公开了一种凝灰岩基无机环保胶凝材料及其制备方法,凝灰岩基无机环保胶凝材料按质量百分比计包括:凝灰岩46%~61%,钢渣5%~12%,粉煤灰5%~10%,水玻璃8%~12%,氢氧化钠2%~5%,水5%~15%,凝灰岩基无机环保胶凝材料的制备方法包括:按照配合比称取水玻璃、氢氧化钠和水并混合均匀,制得碱激发剂;再将磨细后的凝灰岩、钢渣、粉煤灰按照配合比在搅拌机里搅拌,然后再加入步骤1制备好的碱激发剂,搅拌均匀后即得无机环保胶凝材料。本发明凝灰岩基无机环保胶凝材料及其制备方法可显著降低改性成本,解决了钢渣、粉煤灰等废弃物的资源化利用问题,而且制备工艺简单,能耗低,具有很好的应用潜力。
