The cementing material comprises the following raw materials:reduced red mud, cement and zeolite/porous carbon microspheres, and the zeolite/porous carbon microspheres are obtained by loading starch on zeolite, and carbonizing and grinding. The zeolite/porouscarbon microspheres and the reduced red mud are compounded for use, and the cementing material prepared by mixing the zeolite/porous carbon microspheres and the reduced red mud with cement has the functions of electric loss and magnetic loss, so that the requirements on impedance matching are met, the high-frequency and low-frequency wave-absorbing properties can be improved, and effective shielding is realized. The preparation method is simple, the cost is low, meanwhile, the red mud is recycled to the maximum extent, resources are saved, and environmental pollution is reduced.
