The invention discloses an anti-overturning system for bridge swivel construction. The equipment structurally comprises a slideway, a sand box, steel pipe concrete supporting legs, a lower spherical hinge, an anti-tilting device and a sliding ball. The holding slideway is connected with a movable support body, stability is improved through a fixer, after installation, a tackle is moved to a sliderail, below the bridge, a power supply is started, the rotary support frame rises under the matching of a lifting arm, when the rotary support frame is in contact with the bridge, ascending is stopped, at the moment, two rotary supporting bodies of the supporting frame are rotated and are in a vertical shape, reinforcing blocks are straightened, the two connecting bodies are located on the same straight line and form a triangular structure with the rotary support frame, stability of the anti-overturning device is improved according to the characteristics of a triangular structure, the anti-tilting device can be driven to rotate at the same frequency due to contact of the rotary support frame and influence of gravity and pressure when a bridge begins to rotate, and at the moment, the support body below the bridge cannot tilt.
本发明公开了一种桥梁转体施工用防倾覆系统,其结构包括滑道、砂箱、钢管砼撑脚、下球铰、防倾器、滑球,本发明通过握住滑道与移动支体连接,再通过固定器增加稳定性,当这些安装好后将滑车移动至滑轨上,且在桥梁的下方,启动电源,转动支撑架在升降臂的配合下上升,当转动支撑架与桥梁接触时停止上升,此时转动支撑架的两个转动支撑体,呈垂直状,且加固块呈拉直状,两块连接体在同一直线上,与转动支撑架形成一个三角形结构,根据三角形结构特性,增加了其稳定性,当桥梁开始转动时由于转动支撑架接触,受重力及压力影响,会带动防倾器进行同频率转动,此时桥梁下方有了支撑体便不会发生倾斜。
