The invention discloses a controllable overturn-preventing swivel spherical hinge. The controllable overturn-preventing swivel spherical hinge comprises a spherical hinge bracket, a lower spherical hinge, a limiting pin shaft and an upper spherical hinge, wherein the lower spherical hinge is fixed on the spherical hinge bracket; the upper spherical hinge is coaxially and longitudinally overlappedabove the lower spherical hinge; the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge are assembled in a spherical rotating mode; the limiting pin shaft is fixed to the center of the lower spherical hinge; a limiting hole allowing the limiting pin shaft to be inserted therein is formed in the upper spherical hinge; the limiting pin shaft is of a concrete-filled steel tube structure; the upper spherical hinge is of an annular convex spherical structure; and the lower spherical hinge is of an annular concave spherical structure matched with the upper spherical hinge. Compared with the prior art, the upper spherical hinge and the lower spherical hinge are integrally arranged to form a hollow circular ring shape, so a narrower cross section can be achieved under the condition of the same bearing capacity, and the compactness degree of bottom concrete pouring is better guaranteed; the whole plane structure of the controllable overturn-preventing swivel spherical hinge is annular, backfilling and sealing of a center part after swivel operation is completed are facilitated, and safe use of a bridge in a later period is guaranteed.
