A high-stability overturn-preventing system for bridge swivel construction comprises a circular-ring-shaped slideway (2), support leg systems (3) and jacks (4) are uniformly distributed at the upper part of the slideway (2) at intervals along the circumferential direction, each support leg system (3) sequentially comprises an embedded plate (5), a support leg (6), a frame (7) and a conical trolley(1) from top to bottom, the bottoms of the embedded plates (5) are connected with the tops of the support legs (6), the support legs (6) are placed on the frames (7), the top frames of the conical trolleys (1) are arranged in bottom grooves of the frames (7), rollers at the bottoms of the conical trolleys (1) are matched with the slideway (2), the conical trolleys (1) can roll on the slideway (2), balance weight calculation and balance weight can be carried out under the state that a beam body is not rotated, the support leg systems (3) always rotate with force in the bridge rotating period,the posture of an upper rotating disc is always fixed, the posture of the beam body is stable, beam body posture adjustment after rotating is not needed, and the construction period is shortened.
一种高稳定性的桥梁转体施工用防倾覆系统,包括圆环状的滑道(2),滑道(2)上部沿圆周方向间隔均布撑脚系统(3)和千斤顶(4),撑脚系统(3)由上至下依次包括有预埋板(5)、撑脚(6)、框架(7)和锥形小车(1),预埋板(5)底部与撑脚(6)顶部连接,撑脚(6)放置在框架(7)上,锥形小车(1)顶部框架设置在框架(7)底部凹槽内,锥形小车(1)底部滚子与滑道(2)相配合,锥形小车(1)可在滑道(2)上滚动,可在不转动梁体的状态下进行配重计算及配重,桥梁转体期间撑脚系统(3)始终带力旋转,上转盘的姿态始终固定,梁体姿态稳定,无需进行转体后的梁体姿态调节,节约工期。
